Royal Rides is a premium motorcycle rental business in Malaysia, built for international riders looking for something beyond the usual scooter rental experience.
I created the brand, website, booking experience, marketing and internal operations from the ground up, turning a small idea into a live business with 11 motorcycles and customers from around the world.
